Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine sugars, salt, and spices in a bowl. Beat all eggs and add to the bowl. Stir in the pumpkin purée and cream, and whisk together. Pour into pie shell and bake for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, reduce the temperature to 350 degrees and bake 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center. Cool on a wire rack for 2 hours.
